We are delighted to announce our next wedding expo & trail will be held on the 14th of August 2022 at a new and exciting venue, our own Tamborine Gardens Wedding Resort (Shambala Estate) will be our main expo hub.

This is a free event and we’d love you to join us.

Just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Brisbane, nestled in the Gold Coast Hinterland is one of Australia’s premier wedding destinations, Tamborine Mountain.

Tamborine Mountain is the perfect blend of breath-taking views, lush rainforest and old-world charm. The Tamborine Mountain Weddings Group in collaboration with Shambala Estate (formerly Tamborine Gardens) are proud to present their biannual wedding expo & trail.

Tamborine Mountain has everything you need for your wedding day. It is the “go to” place for engaged couples to say, “I Do”. This year’s showcase will allow participants to travel conveniently by bus to other stunning venues and meet with their experienced wedding teams.

Covering a broad range of wedding needs, there’s an array of suppliers involved, everything from stylists, florists and photographers to celebrants, musicians, DJs, and many more!

You can take the day at your own pace, enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival, speak with chosen supplier and see whichever venues you like.

This expo will provide participants with a memorable experience as well as a provide a huge source of information on Queensland’s premier “Destination Wedding” locations.

Our main expo hub is located at Shambala Estate (formley Tamborine Gardens Wedding Resort) 104 Beacon, Road Tamborine Mountain.
All of our suppliers will be exhibitigng at this stunning location, including our venues.

You will be able to chat with the one of venues staff at the main expo hub and use the Trail Bus Service (or your own vehicle) to attend and view our venues. On the day as part of our wedding trail our venues will be open to view, you can book a private tour or viewing directly with your chosen venue.

More information regarding the trail and bus service will be available very soon.

Note for all couples and guests attending the Wedding Expo & Trail - All businesses participating in the event are practicing Social Distancing, Good Hygiene and Cleaning Procedures in accordance with directives from Queensland Government's COVID19 Safe Business Plan Guidelines to protect yourselves, and the safety of our employees and exhibitors.

You will be asked to register your details on entry into each venue.

Terms and Conditions
By entering this giveaway promotion you are agreeing that:
• The images resulting from the elopement giveaway prize can be used by all vendors at the Wedding Expo & Trail. In participating in this promotion you authorise the use or reproduction of the photograph for any reasonable purpose without acknowledgement and without being entitled to payment.
• You understand that the elopement ceremony is for you, your partner and up to a maximum of 10 guests. You may transfer the prize to another eligible couple subject to the approval of the Tamborine Mountain Weddings Group.
• To be eligible for this prize, you must not have a wedding/elopement booked with any other supplier or company.
• You must claim this prize and complete the elopement within 3 months of the prize draw date.
• You and your partner must be over 18 years of age to be eligible for this giveaway package.
• Any applicable COVID restrictions and limits at the time of your wedding must be observed.
• All suppliers in this giveaway must be used if they are available. You may add additional suppliers and pay the additional cost for these, but must let our co-ordinators know in advance (for insurance purposes). These additional supplies will be subject to approval.
